    Blue Weeks operates as a private membership access platform that:
    •Provides visibility into pre-secured or privately shared vacation intervals
    •Connects travelers with week holders
    •Facilitates communication between parties

We do not:
•Own the resorts
•Guarantee availability
•Guarantee rental outcomes
•Act as travel agency unless explicitly stated

All transactions are ultimately agreed between the traveler and the week owner.

  1. Membership Plans
    Traveler Insider Membership – $19.90 USD annually
    Provides access to:
    •Advance inventory visibility
    •Private WhatsApp updates
    •Member-only listings

Owner Partner Membership – $299 USD annually

Provides:
•Listing access within private network
•Exposure to subscribers
•Inquiry notifications
Membership fees are access fees only.

  1. Payment Terms
    •All payments are processed digitally.
    •Membership renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal date.
    •No refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law.
  2. User Responsibilities

Users agree:
•To provide accurate information
•Not to misrepresent ownership or booking rights
•Not to use the platform for fraudulent purposes
•To comply with resort policies independently

  1. No Guarantee Clause
    We do not guarantee:
    •Rental success
    •Booking confirmation
    •Income generation
    •Specific availability

Inventory depends on owner submissions and external factors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Blue Weeks shall not be liable for:
•Booking disputes
•Cancellations
•Resort operational changes
•Loss of income
• Travel disruptions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid.

  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
    •Fraud
    •Misrepresentation
    •Abuse of platform
    •Violation of terms
  2. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed under the laws of Mexico.
    Disputes shall be resolved in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Modifications

Date changes are subject to:

Resort Policies
All stays are subject to the policies of the resort, including:
•Check-in requirements
•Security deposits
•Guest limits
•Resort fees if applicable

Members are responsible for reviewing resort policies independently.
